Dr. Hannah T. Hoge
D.D.S
Dr. Hannah Hoge believes in comprehensively addressing your dental needs to promote your overall health and well-being. She strives to provide thoughtful, honest, and compassionate care to all patients. With a careful eye for detail, she is dedicated to helping you achieve a beautiful, healthy smile.
Before attending dental school, Dr. Hoge received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in biochemistry with a minor concentration in oboe performance from Hillsdale College. While working in medical and dental offices throughout her undergraduate years, she realized her passion for healthcare; she found dentistry to be the perfect combination of her scientific and artistic interests.
Dr. Hoge graduated at the top of her class with Summa Cum Laude distinction from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. She was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society and was the recipient of the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics Excellence in Prosthodontics Award and the Nathan David Gold Memorial Award for conscientious, empathetic, and enthusiastic clinical practice.
Dr. Hoge is committed to excellence and evidence-based dental care. She is a member of the Maryland State Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Hoge enjoys playing the oboe, painting, traveling, and pursuing the perfect cup of coffee. She loves spending time with her husband and their cat.
As a Bel Air native, Dr. Hoge is thrilled to practice at Smith & Co and serve her hometown community.
